Agreement to Terms
By accessing the PIVOT School website and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are under 18, verifiable parental consent is required for admission.

Placement Guarantee
The "Guaranteed Employment" mentioned in our brochure is subject to the student fulfilling all program requirements, including minimum 90% attendance, clearing all internal assessments, and obtaining mandatory industry certifications (e.g., IA, CFP).

Intellectual Property
All course materials, financial advisory lab resources, and personal branding studio content are the exclusive property of PIVOT School. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited

Limitation of Liability
While we provide a clear career path, PIVOT School is not liable for fluctuations in market-driven salary packages or hiring freezes within the broader finance industry.
