Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pivot, we are committed to maintaining transparency and clarity regarding our admission and registration procedures. All students and parents are advised to read and understand the refund policy carefully before proceeding with registration, admission, or fee payment.

The registration fee paid during the application process is
strictly non-refundable.

Once the student completes the registration process
and the admission slot is confirmed, the amount cannot
be claimedback under any circumstances.

Registration fees are collected to reserve the student's
seat,process documentation, administrative activities,
counselling support, and onboarding procedures.

Students who voluntarily withdraw from the program after
completing admission formalities are not eligible for any
refund.

Any request for cancellation after onboarding, orientation,
or batch allocation will be treated as voluntary withdrawal.

5 Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests under exceptional circumstances, if any,
willbe reviewed only by the management.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval of
any refund.

The management reserves the final right to approve or
reject such requests

6 Agreement & Acceptance

They have read and understood the refund policy
completely

They agree to abide by all terms and conditions

They understand that no refund will be provided once
registration and admission procedures are completed
